Allow vial to reach room temperature. Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab and allow to dry completely.
Draw required volume of BAC water into a sterile syringe. Inject slowly down the inside of the vial wall — not directly onto the powder.
Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Do not shake. Solution should be clear. Consider preparing aliquots immediately and freeze unused portions at −20°C.
