GPR54 Receptor Agonist — Decapeptide — 10mg
Kisspeptin-10 is a 10 amino acid neuropeptide derived from the KISS1 gene product, acting as an endogenous agonist at the GPR54 (KISS1R) receptor. Studied extensively as a critical regulator of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis, GnRH pulse generation and reproductive hormone signalling. Independently verified at 99.890% purity by Janoshik Analytical.

About Kisspeptin-10
Kisspeptin-10 (KP-10) is the biologically active C-terminal decapeptide of the kisspeptin family, processed from the larger kisspeptin-54 precursor. It acts as a potent endogenous agonist at the GPR54 receptor (also known as KISS1R) — a G-protein coupled receptor expressed predominantly in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland.
The KISS1/GPR54 signalling system plays a critical role as a gatekeeper of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis. Kisspeptin neurons in the arcuate nucleus and anteroventral periventricular nucleus directly regulate GnRH pulse generation — making Kisspeptin-10 a valuable research tool for studying the neuroendocrine control of reproductive hormone secretion.
All Pureline Biolabs Kisspeptin-10 is supplied as a lyophilised powder in sealed vials, independently tested by Janoshik Analytical at 99.890% purity.

Research Background
Kisspeptin-10 has been studied extensively in reproductive neuroendocrinology research. This product is supplied for laboratory research purposes only.
Studies have demonstrated Kisspeptin-10’s potent stimulation of GnRH pulse release from hypothalamic neurons, examining pulse frequency, amplitude and downstream LH/FSH secretion patterns.
Laboratory research has investigated Kisspeptin-10’s role as a master regulator of the HPG axis, examining its effects on GnRH neuron firing patterns and downstream pituitary gonadotropin secretion.
Studies have characterised the dose-response relationship between Kisspeptin-10 and LH pulse amplitude in multiple species, examining both acute stimulatory effects and receptor desensitisation with repeated administration.
Research has examined Kisspeptin’s role in pubertal onset, investigating the developmental regulation of KISS1 expression and its relationship to the reactivation of the HPG axis at puberty in animal models.
Studies have investigated Kisspeptin-10’s potential to restore HPG axis activity in models of hypothalamic amenorrhoea and hypogonadism, examining GnRH pulse restoration and reproductive hormone normalisation.
Research has examined cross-talk between kisspeptin neurons and metabolic signals including leptin, insulin and ghrelin, investigating how nutritional status regulates KISS1 expression.
Store in refrigerator. Keep away from direct light and heat sources.
Use within 14 days. Kisspeptin-10 degrades faster in solution than many peptides.
For extended storage beyond 3 months freeze at −20°C. Aliquot before freezing.
Protect from direct light. Store in original packaging.
Reconstitution Guide
Kisspeptin-10 is supplied as a lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before use in research applications.
Allow vial to reach room temperature. Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab and allow to dry completely.
Draw required volume of BAC water into a sterile syringe. Inject slowly down the inside of the vial wall — not directly onto the powder.
Gently swirl until fully dissolved. Do not shake. Solution should be clear. Consider preparing aliquots immediately and freeze unused portions at −20°C.
