All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. This constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract.
Payment is required in full at time of ordering. We accept payment via Pay by Bank open banking and bank transfer. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement provided they have not been dispatched. Contact us immediately at info@purelinebiolabs.com if you need to cancel.
All Pureline Biolabs products are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical to a minimum purity specification of 99% as verified by HPLC and mass spectrometry. A Certificate of Analysis is available for every batch via the QR code on each vial.

We accept returns for damaged in transit, wrong items received or compromised cold chain — reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence
To the fullest extent permitted by law Pureline Biolabs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order.
