Stock is held in a pharmaceutical-grade refrigerator (CoolMed CMS125) with a 2–8°C setpoint and audible alarms for high temperature, low temperature, power failure and door left open. Readings on this page are taken manually from the unit’s own controller, which records minimum and maximum temperature between resets. Interval logging with a downloadable export is not yet in place. See the monitoring method below for how readings are taken and what they do and do not demonstrate.

Dedicated Stock Refrigerator (PLB-RF-01)
CoolMed CMS125 pharmacy refrigerator — a medical-grade unit specified for vaccine and medicine storage at 2–8°C. Dedicated to research peptide stock only; no food products are stored in it. External digital controller with battery back-up and a built-in probe, with audible and visual alarms for high temperature, low temperature, power failure and door left open. The controller records minimum and maximum temperature between resets.

Govee Temperature Monitor (PLB-TM-01)
WiFi connected temperature and humidity sensor with continuous logging, app alerts and an out-of-range alarm. Ordered and due for installation in September 2026. Not yet in service: every reading published on this page so far is a manual spot check.

Cold Chain Dispatch Packaging
Orders are dispatched in insulated packaging with conditioned refrigerant packs. Pureline is conducting route and seasonal testing with in-package temperature loggers to measure what those packages actually hold during transit. Results and test conditions will be published on this page. Until then, no transit temperature range is claimed.

Continuous Digital Logging — from September 2026
The refrigerator's own controller records minimum and maximum temperature between resets, so a single daily check shows whether the unit stayed in range across the whole period rather than only at the moment of reading. Interval-by-interval logging with a downloadable export is not yet in place; a dedicated logger is being sourced.

Out-of-Range Alerts — from September 2026
The refrigerator itself sounds an audible alarm and shows a visual alert if temperature moves outside the set range, and on power failure or a door left open. These alarms are on the unit and are active. Remote notification to a phone is not yet in place.

Readings up to 29 August 2026 were manual spot checks taken from the refrigerator’s own display. From 30 August 2026 onward they come from a Govee continuous digital logger, and the figure published for each day is that day’s recorded reading rather than the day’s minimum and maximum. The refrigerator carries its own high and low temperature alarms set against the 2–8°C range.

The wider spread in readings from September onward tracks falling ambient temperature in the storage room through autumn. A colder room means less heat entering the cabinet, so the compressor cycles less often and overshoots further below its setpoint when it does run — producing a lower average and a wider swing within the same 2–8°C range. This is expected behaviour for a thermostatically controlled cabinet rather than an indication of a fault.
