All Pureline Biolabs products are supplied at a minimum of 98% purity as verified by independent HPLC analysis conducted by Janoshik Analytical. Every batch is tested before dispatch and results are publicly accessible via the QR code on every vial.

There is no single UK law that makes every peptide legal or illegal. Classification depends on what the product is, how it is presented, what it is intended for and how it is supplied. A peptide supplied genuinely as a non-clinical laboratory reagent may fall outside the human medicines route, while the same compound presented for treating or modifying a human physiological function may be regulated as a medicinal product. Yes — every product comes with an independent Certificate of Analysis from Janoshik Analytical. The QR code on every vial links directly to the live publicly accessible certificate for that specific batch showing HPLC purity data and mass spectrometry identity confirmation.

Pay by Bank lets you pay for your order straight from your bank account using your banking app, with no card details needed. It is provided by our payment partner Fena (Fena Labs Ltd, an FCA-registered payment institution, no. 934835) and runs on Open Banking. You can check Fena's registration on the FCA register.

Choose Pay by Bank at checkout, select your bank from the list, then confirm the payment in your banking app or online banking. Once it is confirmed you are taken straight back to your order confirmation. Fena's short videos show the process on mobile and desktop.

You approve every payment yourself, inside your own banking app, using your bank's normal login and security checks. We never see your bank login or card details. It is a one-off payment for the exact amount you approve, so nobody gets ongoing access to your account.

If you do not complete the payment in your banking app, no money leaves your account. If you are not sure whether it went through, check your banking app before trying again, or email us at info@purelinebiolabs.com with your order number and we will check for you.

Where a refund is due (see Returns & Refunds below), we pay it back to the bank account you paid from.

All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent tracked next day courier. Products are packed in insulated packaging with conditioned refrigerant packs. Transit performance is still being validated, so we do not claim that every parcel remains within 2–8°C for the whole journey. All packaging is discreet with no external branding indicating the contents.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the following working day. We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

Yes — all orders are shipped in plain unmarked packaging. The sender address shows Pureline Biolabs Ltd but there is no external indication of the contents. Your privacy is important to us.

Lyophilised peptide powders should be stored at 2–8°C for short term use (up to 3 months) and at -20°C for long term storage. Always protect from light and moisture. Keep vials sealed until ready for use in your research protocol.

Add bacteriostatic water slowly to the lyophilised powder using a sterile syringe. Allow the powder to dissolve without mechanical agitation or shaking. Yes — we supply bacteriostatic water in 10ml vials. It is available to add to any order. Bacteriostatic water contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol which prevents bacterial growth in reconstituted peptide solutions during the research period.

All products are independently tested by Janoshik Analytical — a globally respected specialist peptide testing laboratory. Janoshik performs HPLC purity analysis and mass spectrometry identity confirmation on every batch.

Scan the QR code on your vial with any smartphone camera. This links directly to the live Janoshik Analytical certificate for your specific batch. You can also visit our Lab Reports page and enter your batch number to access your certificate.

High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) measures the purity of the compound — confirming what percentage of the material is the target peptide versus impurities, salts or synthesis byproducts. Mass spectrometry confirms the identity by measuring the molecular weight.

Due to the nature of research chemicals and cold chain requirements we are unable to accept returns of opened products. If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
