Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 2026. By registering as an affiliate of Pureline Biolabs Ltd, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
This Agreement is between Pureline Biolabs Ltd (Company No. 17236739, registered in England and Wales, registered address 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX) (“Pureline Biolabs”, “we”, “us”) and any individual or business (“Affiliate”, “you”) who registers for and participates in the Pureline Biolabs Research Partner Network (“the Program”). By submitting an affiliate application, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.
Affiliates operate as independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency between you and Pureline Biolabs.
2. Approval and Account Status
All applications are subject to manual review before approval. Pureline Biolabs reserves the right to decline any application, or suspend or terminate any existing affiliate account, at its sole discretion, including where an applicant or affiliate does not align with our brand standards or the compliance requirements set out in this Agreement.
3. Mandatory Compliance and Regulatory Boundaries
To protect Pureline Biolabs, our intellectual property, and your status as an affiliate, you must strictly adhere to UK Research Use Only (RUO) guidelines at all times. Violation of these boundaries results in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any accrued, unpaid commissions.
- Frame all products strictly as in vitro research compounds or laboratory reagents.
- Discuss published scientific literature, molecular mechanisms, receptor binding affinities, and cellular pathways.
- Highlight product purity, HPLC test reports, cold-chain handling, and batch QR code verification.
- Refer to preparation protocols using precise technical language: reconstitution ratios, volumetric concentration, diluents, and in vitro target volumes.
- Never mention human consumption, medical treatment, therapeutic claims, personal dosing, cycles, or bodily results.
- Never use prohibited terminology including dose, injection site, body transformation, cure, treatment, patient, or customer result.
- Never publish before-and-after human imagery or anecdotal personal usage claims.
All promotional content containing your referral link must display the following notice: “Pureline Biolabs Ltd supplies compounds strictly for in vitro laboratory research. Products are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or therapeutic applications.”
Pureline Biolabs reserves the right to review and request removal of any affiliate content at any time. Continued promotion following a removal request, or repeated compliance breaches, will result in immediate and permanent termination from the Program.
4. Commission Structure

Pureline Biolabs reserves the right to adjust standard commission rates at any time, with 30 days’ notice provided by email before any change takes effect.
5. Your Obligations
You are solely responsible for ensuring your promotional activity complies with all applicable UK laws and regulations, including advertising standards and any platform-specific rules of the channels you use to promote us. You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from commissions earned through the Program in your country of residence.
6. Intellectual Property
Brand assets, logos, product photography, and other materials made available to affiliates remain the property of Pureline Biolabs Ltd and are licensed to you solely for the purpose of promoting the Program in accordance with this Agreement. This licence ends immediately upon termination of your affiliate account.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Pureline Biolabs may terminate immediately and without notice in the event of a compliance breach under Section 3. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions arising from a compliance breach are forfeited. Commissions accrued in good faith prior to a termination not related to a compliance breach will be honoured, subject to the standard approval and payout schedule.
8. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued participation in the Program following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be notified to active affiliates by email.
