Selective GH Secretagogue — GHS-R1a Agonist — 5mg
Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue and GHS-R1a receptor agonist. Unlike earlier generation GH secretagogues, Ipamorelin demonstrates high selectivity for GH release without significant stimulation of cortisol, prolactin or ACTH — making it a valuable research tool for studying the GH axis in isolation. Studied extensively in laboratory models for GH pulse dynamics, IGF-1 regulation and metabolic effects. Independently verified at 99.541% purity by Janoshik Analytical.

About Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin is a pentapeptide GH secretagogue and selective agonist at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a). Developed by Novo Nordisk, it was designed to stimulate GH release with high selectivity and minimal off-target hormonal effects — a significant advance over earlier generation secretagogues such as GHRP-2 and GHRP-6.
The key distinction of Ipamorelin in research contexts is its receptor selectivity. At equimolar doses, Ipamorelin produces robust GH secretion without meaningful elevation of cortisol, prolactin or ACTH — allowing researchers to study GH axis dynamics in isolation without confounding hormonal variables.
All Pureline Biolabs Ipamorelin is supplied as a lyophilised powder in sealed vials, independently tested by Janoshik Analytical at 99.541% purity.

Research Background
Ipamorelin has been studied extensively in GH axis research, metabolic biology and body composition studies. This product is supplied for laboratory research purposes only.
Studies have characterised Ipamorelin’s dose-dependent GH release profile, examining pulse amplitude, duration and frequency compared to endogenous GH release patterns and other secretagogue compounds.
Comparative studies have examined Ipamorelin’s receptor selectivity versus GHRP-2, GHRP-6 and ghrelin, characterising its binding affinity and functional activity at GHS-R1a and the absence of significant activity at other receptor subtypes.
Laboratory research has investigated the downstream effects of Ipamorelin-stimulated GH release on IGF-1 production, examining hepatic IGF-1 synthesis, circulating IGF-1 levels and tissue IGF-1 receptor activation in animal models.
Studies have examined Ipamorelin’s effects on glucose metabolism, lipid mobilisation and nitrogen balance in animal models, investigating the metabolic consequences of selective GH axis activation.
Research has investigated Ipamorelin’s effects on bone mineral density and bone formation markers in rodent models, examining the skeletal consequences of GH axis stimulation.
Studies specifically designed to characterise Ipamorelin’s lack of cortisol stimulation have examined adrenal axis markers alongside GH measurements, confirming the selectivity advantage over earlier generation GH secretagogues.

Reconstitution Guide
Ipamorelin is supplied as a lyophilised powder and must be reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before use in research applications.
Allow vial to reach room temperature. Clean the rubber stopper with an alcohol swab and allow to dry completely.
Draw required volume of BAC water into a sterile syringe. Inject slowly down the inside of the vial wall — not directly onto the powder.
Gently swirl until powder fully dissolves. Do not shake. Solution should be clear and colourless.
